Accountant
Do you have a knack for juggling balance sheets, love structure, and have an eye for detail? Then you're exactly where you need to be! As a Balance Sheet Accountant, you're more than just a number cruncher here – you're part of our strategic foundation.
Your tasks:
You are responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
You always keep track of our accounts - reconciliations, clarifications and clean documentation are part of your daily business
You take care of asset accounting and manage financial processes with foresight
You are involved in tax issues and are in close contact with our tax advisor
They provide figures, data and facts for important decisions - transparent, reliable and to the point
What you should bring with you:
Completed commercial training with further training as an accountant (IHK) or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in a medium-sized company or corporate environment
Sound knowledge of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and a good understanding of tax issues
Experienced use of accounting software, preferably Syska, and very good knowledge of Excel
Analytical thinking, team spirit and enjoy working independently

- Promotion of series production and optimization based on field test feedback
Your Profile:
- Master's degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or agricultural engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in the construction of agricultural machinery, preferably tedders
and rakes
- Very good knowledge of German (C1 or higher) and good knowledge of English (B2 or higher)

- Your tasks: Planning and conducting technical training courses for dealers, service partners and internal employees
- Product training for tractors and combine harvesters (mechanics, hydraulics, electronics, engines, transmissions, harvesting technology)
- Implementation of service, diagnostics and application training
- Creation and maintenance of training materials, presentations and technical documentation
- Training at the training center, at retail partners or digitallySupport for product launches, field tests and demonstrations
Your profile
- Completed technical training (e.g. agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician, automotive mechatronics technician, master craftsman, technician Several years of professional experience with tractors and/or combine harvesters

Your tasks:
- You will assume overall responsibility for the design and new development of assemblies and complete machines in the seeding technology product group.
- You ensure compliance with all relevant EU directives and are responsible for creating technical documentation in several languages
- You accompany the validation of the designs in practice and optimize central assemblies within the seed drills
- In close cooperation with production and the specialist departments, you will drive forward continuous product optimization
- Your area of responsibility will be rounded off by coordination with internal interfaces such as product management and purchasing in the context of new developments.
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, agricultural engineering or a comparable field of study
- Several years of experience in the design of agricultural machinery, ideally in the field of drilling technology
- Confident handling of 3D CAD systems, preferably Siemens NX
