SUPER ALBATROS series
The ALBATROS series is made of high quality steel. The combination of integrated frame bushes and fitting bolts in the area of the body brackets provides point reinforcement of the frame with low weight. Exactly the right plow for medium-sized tractors:
+ Tractor power up to 300 hp
+ Frame thicknesses with 140 or 160 mm square tube
+ 90, 100 or 120 cm body distance
+ 80 cm frame height
Both series, ALBATROS and SUPER ALBATROS, have a base frame that allows an additional pair of bodies to be attached. This allows your plough to grow with your tractor and your increasing requirements - even in the future.
EQUIPMENT AND HIGHLIGHTS.
Attachment tower with damping
Gentle suspension in the field and on the road reduces stress on the plow and tractor.
First body cutting width adjustment
Quick setting and fine adjustment of the first body cutting width. Compact design thanks to the carriage. The optimum tension point setting is not affected.
Frame swivel cylinder with tension point adjustment
An optimum center of gravity behind the tractor increases stability in any situation, especially on slopes, and enables greater ground clearance when turning.
Variable cutting width adjustment
The cutting width is infinitely variable and can be adjusted on the move. This ensures adaptation to different soil conditions and dragging performance. It can also be used to control the crumbling of the soil.
HYDROAVANT Non-Stop stone protection
Simultaneous horizontal and vertical deflection prevents expensive damage to the plow. A high release force and a tight fit in the ground reduce the tractive force requirement and save fuel.
Brackets and dowel pins
Long brackets with a high clamping effect thanks to dowel pins provide additional stability and reduce maintenance costs.
Wheels
Various depth control and combination wheels are available for precise depth control.
Condor
CONDOR series of heavy-duty mounted onland reversible plows for tractors up to 300 hp
EQUIPMENT AND HIGHLIGHTS.
Onland plowing in three-point linkage.
The CONDOR has been specially developed for customers who are looking for a powerful plough for large tractors with wide tires and want to plough outside the furrow, but cannot do without a mounted plough due to the field size and topography.
Productivity at the highest level.
On-land plowing with a mounted plough very often means plowing in difficult conditions where a plough in the furrow or a larger semi-mounted plough reaches its limits and is not the ideal solution. This is precisely where the CONDOR comes into its own. The basic, robust design, which draws on years of experience in plow construction, makes it the most reliable and perfect choice for precisely this area of application.
Hydraulic first body cutting width adjustment
All CONDORs are equipped with hydraulic first body width adjustment as standard. The parallelogram provides additional rigidity and enables quick adaptation to different tractors, tire widths and track widths as well as changing from onland to furrow and vice versa. The hydraulic first body width adjustment also allows the plough to be narrowed during the turning process, thus reducing the stress on the frame and tractor.
Integrated frame bushes
Frame bushes integrated into the frame in the area of the brackets give the frame additional rigidity and achieve a high clamping effect of the brackets on the frame with minimal tolerances. This unique design allows simple mechanical adjustment of the cutting width, even after years of hard use.
HydroAvant non-stop stone protection
The CONDOR is also available as a 5- or 6-furrow plough with HydroAvant non-stop stone protection.
Sophisticated frame construction
Three different base frames made of 150 mm square tube can be equipped with 4 to 7 furrows. The 4-, 5- and 6-furrow base frames each allow the attachment of an additional frame extension. 90 cm body clearance and 80 cm frame height ensure a short design with unhindered crop flow under the frame - the version with 100 cm body clearance is recommended for larger quantities of crop residues.
Semi-mounted ploughs
Cormorant
Kormoran series - Two models: Kormoran PF/PL
CORMORANT PF / PL
Hydraulic first body cutting width adjustment
The PF and PL models have hydraulic adjustment of the first body cutting width via a rocker arm as standard, which gives the frame additional stability. It provides the necessary offset when ploughing in the furrow or on land with tractors with wide tires and a large track width.
Transport and depth control wheel PF and PL
The 460/70 R24 AS transport and depth control wheel on the PF and PL has a diameter of 1220 mm and a tractor profile. Due to its large diameter, it offers advantages on uneven fields and guides the plow precisely at depth. Like all other wheels, it is sprung during transportation.
Square tubular frame PF and PL
The PF and especially the PL models have a stable base frame construction so that forces are distributed evenly. The stable square tube frame is particularly useful when ploughing on land with wide tires and the swing arm of the first body width adjustment is fully extended. It also bears the load of the plow during road transport.
Front furrow wheels
The front furrow wheels, standard on all KORMORAN PL Onland ploughs, guide the plough cleanly in the furrow and ensure a straight furrow, especially when ploughing without parallel drive systems.
EQUIPMENT AND HIGHLIGHTS.
Rack & Pinion
Gear racks for a smooth and even turning process without a dead center. This reduces loads on the mounting tower and frame and increases stability on steep slopes.
110° steering angle
The swivel joint between the tower and frame enables a steering angle of 110°. This means that it can be turned close to the headland even on the smallest strokes.
Z-frame
The wheel is therefore close to the frame. Border plowing is no problem, the tire track is ploughed out. On the road, the plough can be lowered further and the center of gravity is reduced for safe road transport.
Frame construction for a packer arm
All KORMORAN frames are already equipped with an integrated interface for the attachment of a packer arm. This allows work steps to be combined and a reconsolidated seedbed to be left behind.
Integrated frame bushes
Integrated frame bushes create additional stability and a higher clamping effect on the brackets - without tolerances, for a tight fit.
Marabu
Marabou series:
MARABU semi-mounted ploughs are characterized by much more than just pure power: unsurpassed performance and maximum operational reliability with low fixed and variable costs. The barrow plough design minimizes torsional forces, thus protecting the tractor's three-point linkage. You have the choice between plowing in the furrow or onland.
Marabou PF and PL
Whether in the furrow or online, the MARABU offers you two models to choose from. Both the PF and PL series offer a choice of 6 models from 7 to 12 furrows. The solid central chassis with large-volume tires ensures unsurpassed depth control. The frame articulation provides the necessary frame flexibility to withstand the most adverse conditions.
Robust frame
The entire technology of the RABE MARABU is based on a solid frame. The frame consists of two parts that are connected by a frame joint and supported by the chassis. A 260 x 180 mm rectangular tube with a wall thickness of 10 mm is standard. The rear frame section has a profile of 180 x 180 mm. For the largest MARABU models, this frame is further reinforced with a 100 x 100 mm square tube to optimally support the higher weight and reduce load peaks.
Frame joint
A frame joint is integrated above the chassis to provide the necessary maneuverability. In hilly terrain in particular, it ensures that the plough can follow the contours of the terrain - despite the long frame and many shares. As soon as the plough is lifted at the headland or brought into transport position, the joint locks automatically. This ensures stability at all times when pivoting and during road transport.
Integrated packers
A customized packer is now available for the MARABU. Depending on the model, two or three packers can be individually adjusted using hydraulic packer arms. An additional cylinder above the trolley axle supports the plough frame during rotation.
Center chassis
The central chassis with axle integrates perfectly into the frame and ensures a balanced plow. This ensures an even plowing depth between the first and last body, while its two large wheels (16.0/70-20 AS) reduce the ground pressure. It also distributes sufficient weight to the tractor's rear axle for maximum traction and contributes to safe transportation on the road.
Front furrow wheels
The front furrow wheels, standard on all MARABU SL Onland plows, guide the plow cleanly in the furrow and ensure a straight furrow, especially when plowing without steering systems.
Rear depth control wheel
The depth control wheel behind the last body supports the center chassis and the front furrow depth control wheels. It guides the coulters of the rear plough frame precisely at depth and ensures a balanced plough with low tractive forces and low fuel consumption at maximum output.
Trailed Lifter
The Trailed Lifter can be ordered for tractors without their own three-point linkage. It has a drawbar with chassis and its own three-point linkage with all the necessary hydraulic connections to be able to pick up the plough in the three-point position.
EQUIPMENT AND HIGHLIGHTS.
Trailed lifter (optional)
The Trailed Lifter connects the tractor and plow if the tractor does not have its own three-point linkage. The MARABU can be attached to the three-point linkage of the Trailed Lifter with all hydraulic connections.
Front depth control wheels (Onland version)
Support the central running gear and guide the plow cleanly along the furrow edge, especially when Onland is driven without a steering system. are released.
Frame joint
The frame joint divides the MARABU frame into two parts and ensures the necessary mobility of the frame behind the trolley for long plows with many shares.
Lower link depth guide wheels
Reduce the load on the rear axle for more traction. Particularly recommended when using a trailed lifter and for tracked tractors and articulated tractors.
Center chassis
The chassis ensures balanced weight distribution, sufficient load on the rear axle of the tractor and an even working depth between the first and last body.
Rear depth control wheel
Guides the rear plow bodies at the perfect plowing depth.
