- Development and management of the sales team with strategic and operational responsibility
- Further development of existing sales structures and implementation of modern sales processes
- Supporting our customers and expanding our network at home and abroad
- Analyzing the market and competition, deriving sales strategies
- Representation at trade fairs and industry events
- Close cooperation with management and other departments
Your Profile:
- Several years of successful experience in building and managing sales teams, ideally in the agricultural machinery or capital goods industry
- Resident in the region or motivated to move to the region
- Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and strong decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills, leadership qualities and enthusiasm for sales
- Willingness to travel regularly, also internationally
